This online course provides insight into your DiSC^® behavioral style and explains how adjusting your style to fit different situations can enhance your personal effectiveness.  Developing the ability to treat others the way they would like to be treated increases your performance in sales, service, and management situations.  It can also help to improve your relationships outside of work.

This 11-lesson course is designed to be taken at your own pace and can be completed in approximately two hours.

This four-lesson course is designed to be taken at your own pace and can be completed in approximately 45 minutes.  This is intended as a refresher course for people who have previously completed Inscape Publishing’s DiSC Classic^® or another of Inscape’s DiSC^® assessments.
