Experience

Marilyn J. Larese, president and founder of MJL Performance Solutions, LLC, has over 20 plus years experience creating and delivering results-focused organizational programs.  Her areas of expertise include leadership development, communication, effective listening, team building, learning design and development, and procedure documentation.  She also has extensive experience developing and presenting technical training programs, such as business systems by Oracle, PeopleSoft, and Indus, business processes, quality and productivity improvement, and health and safety.

Ms. Larese earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Administration and an advanced degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
